I have been a WildEarth fanatic since September 2008 when I was so fortunate to have discovered WE and the WE community.
In my real life, I work as an administrator at a university. On the side, I am part of a local community theater group, and have acted in several plays there since getting back into theater after a long hiatus.
I love to travel. The Peace Corps took me halfway around the world to Thailand in the early 1980's where I taught English as a Foreign Language for 2 years. Also lived in Japan for a year teaching English. Being in that part of the world afforded me the opportunity to visit other countries in Asia including People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Burma (Myanmar), Malaysia and Singapore. My favorite trip since then was a week on Caye Caulker in Belize. Magical! One day I hope to add Africa to my list of continents I have visited.
