Trace Route Test
WE are really not sure what has been causing this problem. But
there is something that anyone who experiences buffering problems
can do to help. That is to do a
trace route from your PC to our
stream server in Holland. What this tells us is exactly what
the delays are between you and the stream server.
Here is how you do it: (if you use Windows XP as an operating
system)
Open the 'command prompt' in your 'accessories' tab under the 'all
programs' tab on the 'start' menu.
Then type:
tracert fl1.zaplive.jet-stream.nl
Then highlight the results, click on the top left icon of the
window, go to 'edit' and then copy. Then paste the results into
your mail client and mail it to
webmaster@wildearth.tv.
Don't forget to include your location in the world and a short
description of the problems you are experiencing.
This would really help us, and WE are sorry that you are having
difficulties.

How to do a Trace Route if you have a MAC
Thank you for sharing Patty.
Open your hard drive and look for Applications. Open Applications
and find Utilities. Once in Utilities, look for Network Utility.
Open Network Utility and on the top bar you will see
Traceroute...and there you go, fill in the info and send it off to
the WE webmaster.
