Those bright lights last night (Oct. 9)

Many of us at the chat room were concerned last night, wondering what were those bright lights beyond the pond... it lasted a very long time.. Hopefully the Wildearth people can tell us as our curiousity is killing us.. smile...

Well, I had wild hopes that someone have been sharing here some explanations about our 8-hour long sighting of yesterday and early hours of today.

I suppose one has to be patient! I'll come back later.

I noticed it also.....hope we find out - that was some pretty bright light.

Hope there wasn't too much damage done to land, and, especially,
to the animals who were in that area at the time.
A lot of us, not only watched, but prayed too that no animal was
injured, or died as a result.
Well done to Rangers and staff in Kruger Park for keeping the fire controlled.
You all deserve a hero's medal.
