I have a few friends in TX and LA who have weathered the storm. There is a lot of damage...even in Louisiana. A lot without power and even more with substantial flooding. I just hope that everyone is safe.

Watching the News just hurts me to my heart to see all the devastation that this storm caused.
I do hope our WE Members that may live in these areas fared well.

We in the Dallas area have survived unscathed. Unfortunately, our neighbors down in the Galveston, Houston area have not. A terrible mess down there, but not a great loss of life, thank goodness! Thank you for your kind thoughts!

I hope everyone is safe over there, wish we got as much sympathy over in the uk, we got flooded out last year and had to spend 10 months in a hotel and mobile home untill our house dried out !
