Problems with UPLOADING?

For some %$#$@# reason, when I try to upload a video OR stills on the bulk loader, I get all my stats typed in and the bloody system tells me I'm not a member, so I can't post! I have written to Graham on several occasions with no reply. Is anyone else having this problem?

How/where do I send a picture? And I was using the correct terminology... you call it the MAIN page.

I can tell you, I am doing all the things I have done since becoming a member... the system says I'm NOT a member! Only on the bulk downloader. Would you mind sending me a PM telling me the different steps you are having to go thru to upload your pics, please ma'am.
I just tried it from My Page and am not seeing any banner by clicking on the add photos option under my Photos where it shows what is in my album.
This way I can compare what I am seeing with what you are going thru and we can hopefully get this issue sorted out for you.
